Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your unused items in their original Shimano packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange upon inspection.
